The Right Hand of the Father

The Right Hand of the Father in the person of Jesus.

The Right Hand of the Father in the person of Elohim, I AM that I AM and the Lord Jesus Christ, trying to teach His people "Israel" to come out of their worship of the Host of Heaven and follow Him only to receive His Salvation.

Psa 80:15-17) "And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself. {16} It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance. {17} Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself."

(Prov 11:27-28) "He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him. {28} He that trusteth in his riches shall fall: but the righteous shall flourish as a branch."

(Isa 4:2-4) "In that day shall the branch of the LORD be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel. {3} And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem: {4} When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning."

(Isa 11:1-5) "And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: {2} And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; {3} And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: {4} But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. {5} And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins."

(Isa 60:21-22) "Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified. {22} A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time."

(Isa 61:1-4) "The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; {2} To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; {3} To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. {4} And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations."

(Jer 23:5-9) "Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. {6} In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. {7} Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; {8} But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land. {9} Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness."

(Zec 3:7-10) "Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by. {8} Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH. {9} For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. {10} In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree."(Zec 6:12-15) "And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: {13} Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. {14} And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD. {15} And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God."

Jesus came in the flesh as the Right Hand (The BRANCH) of the Father extended to mankind to teach the way of His salvation. After Christ rose from the dead and ascended back into His Fathers from where He oiginated and now sets on His throme as the Fathers Right Hand. Right side, the Holy Spirit of the Father was sent down as the Right Hand of the Father to lead and guide us into all His truths. The Holy Spirit extended to us was now our guide to lead us into all the truth recorded in His Holy Words. If one follows the leading of the WORDS of the Holy Spirit found in His Word, it will lead them back to having His Holiness once again living within ( His righteousness) and thus receiving His Salvation through His Righteous dwelling with in us as our hope of Salvation.

In the Old Covenant Elohim (God almighty) was identified as the Hand of God 16 times. He extended His Hand to Israel, to lead them out of Egypt and show them the WAYS of the Fathers Righteous Live. Both scriptures that follow refer to the office (work) of Jesus Christ.

(2 Chr 30:12) "Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of the LORD." Who is the Prince of Peace and King of Kings?

(Job 27:11) "I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal."

Who is the great teacher of Gods Holy word? It was the Hand of God that gave Israel His Holy Commandments. It was the finger of God that wrote them on two tablets. The Hand of God came to us in the New Covenant as Jesus Christ. He taught that the Only WAY to Holiness was to keep the Commandment that lead to everlasting LIFE.

(Mark 12:29) "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:"

In the New Covenant Jesus is identified as being the Hand and the RIGHT HAND of God that was sent into the world to show us how to live the Righteous WAYS of live found in the Father of us all. The God of Israel only has one Right Hand as there is only ONE God in Israel. (Meaning of Israel, "who prevails with God") (Rom 9:6) "Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:"

When one sees how the Father lives through His Right Hand extended to us, you see the LIFE the Father requires His whole BODY of Christ to live. Remember the Father is a Holy Spirit. He is the Life giving Spirit that Elohim (Jesus Christ) breathed into Adam. You cannot see the spirit of life except it dwell be in a body. In order to show mankind the Fathers Holy life style, His life had to be manifested in a body. It was manifested in the body of His heavenly Son, Christ Jesus. His heavenly Son was the only Son He could use for this purpose. Thus His heavenly Son had to be born on earth. He had to be conceived in a virgin with the Holy Spirit being His Father. Thus the Son of God from heaven was given Life on earth through a virgin birth.

(Isa 7:14-15) "Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel (Elohim is with us). {15} Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.

"Who was this Elohim that was with us, that had created the world? None other then our Lord, Jesus Christ, the ARM - HAND of the LIVING God Himself.

(Heb 1:10) "And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:"

In the old Covenant the word "LORD" is used over 6,500 times for the name Yeshua (YHVH) or (HWHY). In the new covenant, the Lord Jesus Christ is used for the name of the same person. Yashua is Hebrew. In English, we used Jesus. "God." It is translated from the Hebrew Elohim which is used over 2600 times and essentially means "mighty one".

(John 14:9-10) "Jesus saith unto him, Have I (the right hand of God) been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me (my Right Hand) hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? {10} Believest thou not that I AM in the Father (the Right hand attached to the Father) , and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself (but as the Fathers right handI speak: but the Father that dwelleth in me (His Hand), he doeth the works." (He was the Fathers right hand, an extensiom of the Father, thus the Father was dwelling in His right Hand.)

(Col 2:9-10) "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. {10} And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power (Elohim, all Mighty God):"

See Isaiah 9:67 Elohim is a Hebrew word meaning Mighty God. (Rev 4:8) "they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come." We know who they are referring to, Jesus Christ.

(Mat 28:17-18) "And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. {18} And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth." "Thou shall have no other God before me".

Who is this Almighty God who has all power in heaven and earth? None other that His heavenly Son, the Right Hand of God the Father, born of a virgin. Isa 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, - and his name shall be called - The mighty God, The everlasting Father." Why? Thats Who He is.

In the New Covenant the RIGHT HAND OF GOD is identified as Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He was the Right Hand of God that was sent down to earth to save all His Earthly Sons who would repent of transgressing His Holy Commandments and turn their lives around and start living within the borders of His righteous LIFE.

(Luke 3:38) "Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God."

Jesus was the second ADAM (SON OF GOD) sent down from the Father by the way of a virgin birth. He was and still is the Right Hand of the Almighty God. If He is the RIGHT HAND of GOD, then He is the Almighty God manifested in the flesh of mankind. The following scripture makes it clear who He truly is.

(Isa 9:6-7) "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God (Elohim), The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. {7} Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this."

The Prince of PEACE (Right Hand of the Father) reached down from heaven as the Second Adam, to first show us, His earthly Son, His WAY back to the TRUE VINE of which we were an earthly branch, so we could be grafted back in to the FATHERS Kingdom from heaven. Adam as the earthly Branch was cut off because of his transgression of His Heavenly Fathers Holy Commandment.

(Gen 3:3-4) "But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. {4} And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:"

Most of the so called Christian world in the past, and still today, believe the serpents lie that they "Ye shall not surely die" if they transgress His Gods Covenant, that if kept leads to have HIS everlasting LIFE.

(John 12:50) "And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak."

The following scriptures make the WAY of returning very clear.

(John 15:1-17) "I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. {2} Every branch in me that beareth not fruit (of righteousness) he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit (of righteousness), he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit (of righteousness). {3} Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. {4} Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. {5} I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit (of righteousness): for without me ye can do nothing. {6} If a man abide not in me (but abides in unrighteousness), he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. {7} If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. {8} Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit (of righteousness); so shall ye be my disciples. {9} As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. {10} If ye keep my commandments (myrighteousness), ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments (righteousness), and abide in his love. {11} These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. {12} This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. {13} Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. {14} Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. {15} Henceforth I call you not servants (slaves); for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. {16} Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit (of righteousness), and that your fruit (righteousness) should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. {17} These things I command you, that ye love one another."

(Rom 11:16-31) "For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. {17} And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree; {18} Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. {19} Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in. {20} Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith (the faith of the Son of God). Be not highminded, but fear: {21} For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. {22} Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. {23} And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again. {24} For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree? {25} For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. {26} And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: {27} For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. {28} As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. {29} For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. {30} For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: {31} Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy."

(2 Chr 30:12) "Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of the LORD."

(Job 27:8-13) "For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul? {9} Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him? {10} Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God? {11} I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal. {12} Behold, all ye yourselves have seen it; why then are ye thus altogether vain? {13} This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty."

THE HAND OF GOD MADE MANIFESTED IN THE WORLD, IN THE PERSON OF HIS MESSIAH.

(Isa 9:6-7) "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. {7} Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this."

(Acts 2:32-36) "This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. {33} Therefore being the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. {34} For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, {35} Until I make thy foes thy footstool. {36} Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ."

(Acts 7:55-60) "But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, {56} And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God. {57} Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord, {58} And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul. {59} And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. {60} And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep."

(Rom 8:34-39) "Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. {35} Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? {36} As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. {37} Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. {38} For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, {39} Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

(Rom 9:1) "I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,"

(Heb 10:12-23) "But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; {13} From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. {14} For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. {15} Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, {16} This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; {17} And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. {18} Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. {19} Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, {20} By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; {21} And having an high priest over the house of God; {22} Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. {23} Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)"

(1 Pet 3:21-22) "The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: {22} Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him."

(1 Pet 4:1-2) "Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; {2} That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God."

(1 Pet 5:5-11) "Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. {6} Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: {7} Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. {8} Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: {9} Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. {10} But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. {11} To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen."

(1 John 2:21-25) "I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. {22} Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. {23} Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. {24} Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. {25} And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life."

(1 John 2:27-29) "But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. {28} And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. {29} If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him."

(1 John 3:1-5) "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. {2} Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. {3} And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. {4} Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. {5} And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin."

(John 12:46-50) "I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. {47} And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. {48} He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. {49} For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. {50} And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak."

(John 14:16-18) "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; {17} Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. {18} I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."

(John 14:30-31) "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. {31} But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence."

(1 Cor 3:13-21) "Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. {14} If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. {15} If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. {16} Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? {17} If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. {18} Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. {19} For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. {20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. {21} Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours;"

(1 Cor 7:20-24) "Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called. {21} Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. {22} For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant. {23} Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. {24} Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God."

(1 John 4:13-14) "Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. {14} And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world."

(John 1:1-13) "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. {2} The same was in the beginning with God. {3} All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. {4} In him was life; and the life was the light of men. {5} And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. {6} -- {8} He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. {9} That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. {10} He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. {11} He came unto his own, and his own received him not. {12} But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: {13} Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

John 1:14-18) "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. {15} John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. {16} And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. {17} For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. {18} No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him."

(John 3:16-19) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. {17} For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. {18} He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. {19} And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."

(John 14:6-21) "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. {7} If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. {8} Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. {9} Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? {10} Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. {11} Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. {12} Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. {13} And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. {14} If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. {15} If ye love me, keep my commandments. {16} And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; {17} Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. {18} I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. {19} Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. {20} At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. {21} He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."

(1 John 4:9-16) "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. {10} Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. {11} Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. {12} No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. {13} Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. {14} And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. {15} Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. {16} And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him."

Mark 2:28) "Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath." (After all, He did create it and He rested from His works on the last day of the creation week.)
